Zipp’s valve extenders feature a 3mm hex broach in the barrel to guarantee a tight fit on your tube. A raised head with a slight bevel is designed to ease installation of the pump assembly. Zipp’s specially designed valve extensions achieve a perfect seal at both ends and come in five lengths to match every Zipp rim depth.
Wheelbuilder installation tip:
Use one wrap of plumbers tape around the threads of your tube’s Presta stem to prevent air from leaking while pumping up your tires.
