Built for riders who refuse to back down from technical terrain, the Shimano GE5 gravity shoe is your trail-ready weapon for the most demanding descents. Its innovative Torbal 2.0 midsole sets it apart. Engineered to allow the heel to move torsionally so your foot retains its natural range of motion, resulting in a more comfortable, fluid, and controlled ride. Underfoot, the enduro-optimized Ultread GE outsole bites hard on wet and slippery hike-a-bike sections, while a molded pedal channel keeps your foot locked to the pedal with confidence, even when you’re riding unclipped.
Trail-Ready Durability
SPD-compatible and built tough, the GE5 is engineered to withstand the punishment of technical, rugged mountain bike terrain day after day.
Torbal 2.0 Midsole
A groundbreaking midsole construction lets the heel rotate torsionally, keeping your foot’s natural range of motion intact for a ride that feels more comfortable, fluid, and in control.
Ultread GE Outsole
Enduro-tuned rubber compounds bite hard on wet and slippery hike-a-bike terrain, while an extended SPD landing strip makes clipping in faster and smoother than ever.
Volume Trail Last
Precision-fitted through the ball of the foot for sharp pedaling efficiency and control, with extra room through the toe box and heel to ease walking comfort and absorb trail chatter.
Armored Design
An asymmetrically raised ankle collar and tough perforated canvas upper shield your feet from trail scrapes and scuffs, while strategic ventilation keeps things cool when the effort heats up.
Total Security Fit System
A lace closure paired with an instep strap wraps your foot in a precise, locked-down fit, delivering confident power transfer when you’re pushing hard through technical sections.
Efficient Pedaling Platform
A nylon midsole stiffens up where it counts, maximizing power to the pedals and providing reliable cushioning to keep your feet fresh from the first climb to the last descent.
