Rather than adapting an existing rim to fit a new size, Industry Nine’s WR1 rim and carbon design house, engineered Hush from scratch using finite element analysis to target the stiffness and compliance of a wheel size riders already trust: 29″.
The result is a 32″ wheel that doesn’t ride like a first attempt. Impact strength and radial compliance land in line with a proven 29″ wheel, with only a minor, expected drop in lateral stiffness for a platform this new, while the larger diameter brings a new level of momentum, approach angle, and roll-over capability
