This is the second generation Transition Derailleur Hanger. It’s compatible with bikes manufactured after 2015 and is compatible with Shimano 12-speed drivetrains.
Note: This hanger is compatible with many different Transition models, however it is not interchangeable with the SRAM Universal Derailleur Hanger, also known as UDH.
